My story…

Growing up in the vibrant city of Bombay, now known as Mumbai, the culture of food was unmatched. With food, people of all walks of life would connect with each other, coming together as one. Food has always been my passion. To me, it’s like art, with each and every spice combing to create a soirée of flavours, each meal different from the next. I eventually went to Culinary school where i developed this passion, and began working in high end hotels in India. After meeting my wife, we decided to move to Salisbury in 2008 to create a better life for our family. Missing the taste and atmosphere of Bombay, I’ve decided to create this restaurant to combine my heritage with my passion for food, sharing it with the world.
